As from 2010

All payments / fees are to be paid before the start of the Lesson / Driving Test.

Standard lessons / Discounted lessons and Booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

1) Sunshine Driving Academy vehicles can be hired for the LICENCE TEST as per (a) or (b):-

~ The day of the tests can be busy and demand for vehicles can be high, so if you want to secure a vehicle for the day of your test, please book the vehicle with us at lest 2 weeks in advance of booking the test.

~ If your safety / skill is unknown, you need to pass our Competency Assessment, otherwise vehicle not available.

~ (a) Booking fee for vehicle only.

~ (b) Having 1 lesson before the Test, and paid as a “2 lesson Discounted price”.

~ At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking, or the booking fee will be lost. ~ To re-secure (a) or (b) the balance will need to be paid.

2) STANDARD LESSONS:- 1 lesson only per booking.

~ Lessons are normally 1 hour duration, unless otherwise arranged.

3) DISCOUNTED LESSONS:- 2 lessons per booking.

~ Discounted lessons contain a Booking Fee.

~ The 2nd lesson should be taken within two weeks from the 1st lesson (or as per request), otherwise:- …

… at least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule the 2nd lesson, or the booking fee will be lost. Booking fees are deducted from the cost of the 2nd lesson, the balance of the 2nd lesson will need to be paid before the start of that lesson.

~ The Client/Student has two weeks from the original date of that 2nd lesson to make a request for a new date for the 2nd lesson. If no request has been received, the credits of the 2nd lesson will be lost.

4) Bulk 10 (10 lessons):-

~ To secure the Bulk 10, full payment will be required first.

~ Bulk 10 lessons are to run no less than once a month.

~ At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson, or 1 full lesson fee will be deducted from the credit balance.

~ Please send a written request if cancellation of the Bulk 10 is required, a cancellation fee will be deducted from the balance, a refund cheque will then be posted to the current postal address.

NOTE: if clients want 1 lesson and use our car for test then we charge as“2 Lesson Discount”
