Many people want to learn using their own cars, the one they will use in the future, and Alan has developed techniques to stay as safe as possible in that environment while learning to drive.

The car will have to meet the Suitable Vehicle Guidelines set out by DIER in the Novice Driver’s Training Kit.

Alan is also accredited as an instructor for keys2drive – an initiative which seeks to prepare candidates for zero harm during the dangerous early P-plate period, and will work to this end with the learner’s usual supervising driver.
